Co-Founder • Pitching Coach
A two-time professional draftee, Gavin Van Kempen has competed at the highest levels of college and professional baseball. He was first selected by the St. Louis Cardinals out of high school in 2022, then pitched at West Virginia University and East Carolina University before being drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2026. That firsthand experience against elite competition drives his coaching philosophy: individualized mechanics, sharper pitch execution, and sustainable long-term performance. Over the past seven years, he has developed athletes of every age and ability level, helping them unlock new velocity, command, and confidence on the mound.
Co-Founder • Pitching Coach
Carson Estridge brings four years of Power Five pitching experience and a professional contract to REV Athletics. After developing into a key arm at West Virginia University, he earned his shot in professional baseball by signing with the Houston Astros in 2026. Having lived the grind of high-level development himself, Carson knows exactly what it takes to reach the next level. He helps pitchers build efficient, repeatable mechanics, add velocity, and compete with confidence when it matters most.
